I hired Sean Payne to do a job and he did great with the exception of a few minor things that were not done at the end of the job. After he received his money he has been putting off for weeks finishing the following. I have a bathroom window that the painter did not finish painting, also the calking in the tub is not what it should be. I have 2 outlets that need the covers back on so they won't be exposed which Sean said he will have to cut the hole a little bigger. Not done. I had loose wiring under my house also. My dogs tore the siding on the side of the house and Sean was supposed to bring me the extra siding for me to have someone fix it. I still don't have the siding. At one point I asked for some of the extra white paint so I could touch up some places and he never brought me that either. He was supposed to put a light at the end of my kitchen and the one he bought was to big so he said he would keep it and get me another one. I don't have it. I have learned a valuable lesson with this. I will never pay anyone completely until the job is done to my satisfactory. Once a contractor is paid in full they no longer care.

We have been extremely happy with Payne‘s service. They put a metal roof on for us several years ago, and have been responsive to come back when we had questions or issues. They recently repaired our chimney and pressure washed our buildings and patios. We would highly recommend them for both roofing and pressure washing. They did the best pressure washing job we have had done since we’ve owned this house, almost 30 years, and at a reasonable price. Timeliness may not be their strongest suit, as other reviews have mentioned, but they do show up and get the job done.

Run...Run fast... Bait and switch.. extortion from elderly woman. Raises the price after work starts . Verbal Job was quoted at $6500, he denied it and raised the price $2,000 to $8,500. Intimidated 81 year old widowed woman when she was alone and demanded the additional 2k. Never finished the work. Does work in Carolina without license. Is not accredited by Georgia Better Business bureau.

Company exploited an 81 year old Nana. Hard to recommend someone that would take advantage of a grandma by raising their quote price by 2k and then going silent and not fulfilling their end. There are other, better businesses that deserve your hard earned money than this Payne-in-the-rear-end.

My roof is still leaking . He DOES NOT keep his
word!! HE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBLY FOR HIS WRONG DOING!
Last time we had a leak it took him a month a 2 weeks to show up after MANY NO SHOWS . We have MORE water damage since he did our roof. We have been VERY PATIENT and yet, he still continues to disregard us. I can't go in my bedroom right now due to the amount of damage. We waited for him CHRISTMAS EVE after claiming he would be here early that morning. Today is THURSDAY again NO SHOW. 3 +inches of water and he STILL WILL NOT KEEP HIS WORD. I have videos and plenty of pictures of our damage I sent to him and still HE WILL NOT DO WHAT IS RIGHT. We expected more from a local contractor.
SUED !!! WE WON THE JUDGMENT AS OF APRIL OF 2022. HE HAS YET TO PAY ANY OF THE JUDGMENT.
