Vaughn V5.0 / 5Purchased my home system from RHC several years ago, system has worked perfectly all this time. Yesterday my Home Series thermostat crapped out, by 8:00 this morning I received a call, tech was out 20 minutes later, 2 hours later he was cleaning up and out the door with my home heating as it should. The technician (TJ) thoroughly evaluated the system, re-established my WiFi connection, kept me abreast of the process, and was both professional and courteous. Thank you RHC & TJ

Cheryl Lavender5.0 / 5My air conditioner quit working during the storm. I called one heating an air person Tuesday. They told me that they would be there on Wednesday. Meanwhile i had no heat. And they were a no show. I called RHC heating and cooling. my unit is fixed I will from now on always choose RHC Heating and Cooling going forward. I talked to Michael he is such a Knowledgeable person.
